At Re-Perform we have one goal, to get you back playing the sport/activity you love quickly and safely.

We also aim to provide the gold standard of sports performance, helping your peform at your best.

HISTORY

The clinic was formed in October 2022. Since opening we have worked closley with HotBox (CrossFit Heysham), having use of their gym for rehab and performance sessions.
