

The SUMMIT program is for those who want to increase physical performance, specific to your sport or activity. We use a range of equipment to test athletes who want to find out their strengths and weakness, to make them more robust and reduce the risk of injury.

All our SUMMIT programs run over a 6 week period, this has been designed as its been proven MSK adaptations show at this stage. See below on what you get in each package.

SUMMIT PERFORMANCE PACKAGE
​
1 x testing session & gym session. During this session we test athletes over a range of tests including strength and power and make the battery of tests specific to you, your sport and any previous injuries. We then use this data to help design your 6 week program. At the end of the testing session we take you through a small gym session to get you used to the type of exercises we use and educate you around the exercises and how we will program the 6 weeks.

Following the testing session you get 5 x in person gym sessions (1hr) approximately 7 days apart. You will also have access to an easy to use training app, where you will be also given home sessions to do. The home sessions are based around smaller, bodyweight movements to help develop quicker, where as the in person gym session will include bigger weighted movements and plyometrics.

When you renew the package you will start the process again being tested, to see the progressions made in the first 6 weeks to help develop you further.

SUMMIT PERFORMANCE PACKAGE (ONLINE)

Similar to the in person package, your program starts with a testing session. During this session we test athletes over a range of tests including strength and power and make the battery of tests specific to you, your sport and any previous injuries. We then use this data to help design your 6 week program.
​
Once we have your testing data and injury history, we can design a 6 week online program for you to do at home or in your gym. All sessions are put on to an easy to use app, which has clear instructions on each sessions with videos to help demonstrate. There is options to give feedback on each session, and once per week your therapist will check in via the app or Whatsapp to see how the week has gone.
