Performance Testing

We use a range of equipment including:
-
Force plates - This can help measure strength and power. This is normally done through jumps.
-
Handheld dynomometer - This is a small device that can help measure strength in varied positions, muscles and joints. We can also use this device to measure joint angles to check mobility and joint range.

This session can be a standalone session, to look at area's that have caused issue over time. In both our APEX and SUMMIT programs, you get a testing session as part of the block. This testing session is specific to you, your injuries and your sport.

When the testing session is complete you will recieve a report with all the data and recommendations. If this is something that might interest you, don't hesitate to get in contact or use the button below to book your session.

At Re-Perform, we offer physical performance testing. This session is to help you excel in the world of sport and to gain a better understanding of your body. You'll have usable data, so no guessing anymore. The testing highlights where your strengths are and any area that may need some intervention, such as strengthening programs. This data can be used to help dictate a strength program that can help compliment your sport in becoming stronger and reducing the risk of injury. We also use testing in our injury sessions to help dictate rehab and progression to the next level, allowing the data to help make those return to your sport decisions, so you have full trust in the injury.
